Yoga for Everyone

At Kita Chi Yoga we understand how intimidating yoga may seem so we offer a relaxed & casual environment. One of our members has been often heard to say, "It's like family here..." Maybe it's because we love our members! Maybe it's because we're a husband and wife team. Classes are taught by Niki, Jackie, Summer, Sheree, & Francis, and are targeted to those new to yoga, & those practicing a couple of years.


Yoga Benefits - Flexibility not required!

A desire to quiet my mind led me to my first yoga class. Pleasantly surprised to find the calm of the yoga environment beneficial to my physical & emotional health, I sought additional training during my travels to India. Oftentimes, I’m reminded how uncomfortable I had been prior to yoga.  Today I realize how much yoga has done for me & countless others.  

We encourage you to  slow down. Take an hour for yourself, and sign-up for a class(es). Cooperate with your body's ability to naturally restore, energize & heal. Flexibility is not required to start.

Kita Chi Yoga is an award winning yoga studio serving Cypress, Fairfield, Tomball, Hockey, Waller, and Houston. Services include yoga, wellness, and weight loss through certified sports nutrition & personal training. Yoga classes and personal training for ages (7 years old - 80 years old). Seniors and retirees are strongly encouraged to attend.


What does your name mean?

Kita Chi Yoga means "your yoga". Oftentimes members mention how comfortable they feel participating in "their" studio.

What classes do you recommend for beginners?

Classes offered on Monday, Tuesday,  Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday are well-suited for beginners (Level I). However, more experienced yogis will also benefit from attendance in these classes as well.

Why does the sign on your building read "Yoga & More?

Personal training, HIIT, nutrition, weight loss. Personal training. Senior citizens encouraged.

We also offer private, in-studio personal training, through our partner Better Lives Training, in Cypress, TX. Strength training, functional training,  HIIT, group fitness "Shape-up" classes & nutritional guidance is also available.  All ages...seniors up to 80 years young are welcomed.
