"I started yoga after having lower back problems. I've never had 2 classes doing the same program. I believe the muscles need to be challenged by doing a variety of movement, but little did I know how the body could be used to this extent. My flexibility has improved immensely so my joints are hurting less & I am more toned in those places women like to be toned.
