Our gentle stretch/restorative yoga classes are slow paced, deeper stretch 1 hour session. Great for relaxing, healing, and restoring the mind and body.


MORNING CLASSES

  • Saturday 10 am


EVENING CLASSES

  • Monday 7 pm
  • Thursday* 7 pm


Yoga Flow*

Our yoga (vinyasa) Flow class, is Thursday* at 7 pm.   An 1 hour session. Great for endurance, strength and stamina.
