Gentle Stretch (Level I & up)

Our gentle stretch classes are slow paced, deeper stretch 1 hour session. Great for relaxing, healing, and restoring the mind and body.


MORNING CLASSES

  • Monday 11:30 am
  • Wednesday 10 am
  • Friday 10 am
  • Saturday 10 am

EVENING CLASSES

  • Monday 5 pm, and 7 pm
  • Wednesday 5 pm

Yoga Flow (Level I & up)

Yoga (vinyasa) Flow classes are 1 hour sessions. Great for endurance, strength and stamina.


Evening Classes

  • Tuesday 7 pm
  • Thursday 5 pm and 7 pm
